Weighing machines and Bagging systems for starch native, gluten and fiber

JCN proposes weighing machines, bulk bag filling machines, packaging machines and check weighers for all types of starch (corn, potato, rice, manioc and wheat) and for gluten and for fiber.

The product can be packaged using:

* Gross type powder filling machines, for 5kg to 25 Kg packages

* Automatic bagging systems for packaging in open mouth bags up to 50 Kg

*  Bulk bag fillers for 500kg-1000kg jumbo bag packaging

All of the starch, fiber and gluten packaging machines can be manufactured entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, in addition to the parts in contact with the product. 

JCN guarantees maximum attention to the tightness of closure, sanity and containment of the dispersion of the dust during the bagging phase.

For the starch, fiber and gluten, which are in powdered form, our fast speed and unique designed gross type weighing systems which can control powder dust very well and back-fill into the weighing scale hopper to avoid environment pollution and product waste.

Connecting with the bag closing machines, bag flatteners, check weighers, metal detectors and the robotic palletisers can make a full packaging system. Operator can manual feed empty bags or can auto feeding the empty bags by auto bag placers to increase the productivity.
