Description:
The round screening machine is a vibrating device that vibrates around its center of gravity.Vibration is generated through the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the oil rod of the motion generator. The rotation of the top weight can produce vibrations in the horizontal plane, causing the material to move through the screen cloth toward the edge. The bottom weight block generates vertical and tangential excitation forces, causing the machine to tip. The leading angle of the lower weight block relative to the upper weight block provides control over changes in the spiral screening pattern. Operators can set the speed and spiral shape of material through the screen surface to provide maximum processing capacity and screening efficiency for any material.
